Robert J. McGee is the founder of Inventive IP, PLLC. He began practicing law in 2014 and has worked extensively in all areas of intellectual property and small business law. He has represented clients from all around the United States, as well as from Europe, Central America, and Asia. He has represented and advised well-established manufacturers, humble side hustles, and everything in between.

Mr. McGee received his Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Cal Poly in 2010 and his J.D. from the University of Arizona in 2014. He is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal District of Arizona, as well as before the U.S. Patent Office. He is an experienced transactions attorney and a capable litigator.

A proud American and fourth-generation Arizona native, Mr. McGee prefers to spend his spare time with a book, at the gym, or in front of the grill. Mr. McGee remains a committed autodidact with interests as diverse as U.S. history, foreign languages, and the science of space flight.
